The Hungry Games: Alaska's Big Bear Challenge
Welcome to THE HUNGRY GAMES: ALASKA’S BIG BEAR CHALLENGE, the world’s greatest natural competition, where Alaskan bears battle annually for dominance, for food and survival. They have only 150 days to eat at least 3 MILLION calories and gain enough weight to be able to survive the long winter. This fun and ground-breaking series combines two formats - nature documentaries and competition shows - as it takes audiences on a wild and immersive weight gain journey with these captivating creatures. The ursine competitors contend with each other, fierce predators, and mother nature to consume the limited available resources, before they’re forced to retreat to their dens. Their journeys are followed by a team of experts that study the bears' behavior in real time to score beefiness, ingenuity and grit, and to crown the winner of THE HUNGRY GAMES.
