TODD TALBOT BUILDS: THE PASSIVE HOUSE PROJECT follows TV personality Todd Talbot (Love It Or List It Vancouver) and his actor wife, as they embark on building a sustainable vacation home on a stunning lakefront property. Together they design a unique, net-zero A-frame lakehouse, built to withstand the challenges of climate change while showcasing some incredible designs. In this series, Todd wears multiple hats as project manager, designer, and financier, offering unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the construction process. Viewers witness the highs and lows of building a passive house, including unexpected setbacks and the real-world challenges of constructing on a steep, cliffside property. But when wildfires ravage the region, Todd and the lakehouse face their toughest test yet.
